Vondom Inu & Koinu dog-shaped sculpture in polyethylene

Faceted geometry and a playful canine silhouette give the Vondom Inu & Koinu dog-shaped sculpture an unmistakable decorative identity. Created by Studio Vondom, this expressive Gadgets and Decorations collection brings together the millenary Japanese art of paper folding and the avant-garde language of contemporary design. Every angular surface contributes to the character of the Vondom Origami dog sculpture, transforming a familiar animal form into an architectural accent for sophisticated homes, hotel lobbies, terraces, gardens and curated commercial environments.

Geometric Design for Indoor and Outdoor Spaces

Made from polyethylene, Inu & Koinu translate the visual delicacy of folded paper into a material suited to both indoor and outdoor settings. Their sharply defined planes interact with surrounding light to emphasize the three-dimensional form, giving the geometric dog sculpture a different visual presence depending on its position and environment. The result is decorative yet distinctly contemporary, balancing personality with the refined aesthetic expected from premium design objects. Available across the family in ecru, white, brown, black and dove grey, as well as two different heights, the Vondom collection offers flexibility for varied spatial concepts. A Vondom Koinu sculpture can provide a compact decorative accent, while the larger Vondom Inu sculpture creates a more commanding presence. Their refined finishes and elegant proportions allow both versions to enhance contemporary and timeless interiors without losing their playful character.

A Distinctive Accent for Curated Design Projects

Used as a statement animal sculpture, Inu & Koinu offer interior designers and architects an original way to introduce personality into reception areas, hospitality spaces and private residences. Outdoors, the same expressive geometry transforms the piece into a modern garden sculpture, adding an unexpected artistic focal point among architecture, landscaping and furniture. For coordinated environments, these sculptural dogs can be positioned near Vondom modern statement vases, creating a dialogue between geometric decorative forms and greenery. In lounge settings, they complement Vondom premium designer sofas, while carefully positioned Vondom designer illumination can accentuate their faceted surfaces after dark. Whether selected as an animal sculpture for hotel lobby projects or as an artistic outdoor accent, Inu & Koinu combine Japanese decor inspiration, expressive geometry and contemporary Vondom creativity.
